New West End company’s management and marketing services cover 25 streets within London’s retail heartland including Bond Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street.

With over 600 businesses and 100,000 workers in the area, the New West End Company uses its custom version of Raven to manage services including clean teams, welcome ambassadors, security and connect with shop floor employees so they could really perform on customer service and experience.

Our bespoke app is designed to solve many of the operational challenges businesses across the West End face. The ability to communicate together as an area helps to build a stronger offering for the millions of visitors who come every year.
