How BID managers use Raven

    BID members can report maintenance or cleaning issues using photos taken on their phones. Approval requests for out-of-hours maintenance can also be recorded through the app. Each ticket can be logged and approved or rejected by the maintenance team who can view tickets that are in progress at any time.

    In an emergency, messaging needs to be quick, provide real-time feedback and go to the right people at the right times. Set up templates to send different messages to different staff and member levels during an evacuation and use SMS and email backups for those that don’t have the app. Raven allows you to continue the communication even after an evacuation to ensure staff are kept fully up-to-date.
